Matej Korenika, KORENIKA & MOSKON
Matej Korenika runs a biodynamic 25-hectare vineyard in the Slovenian part of Istria, focused on indigenous varieties, traditionally macerated and aged for many years in large oak barrels: Malvazija, Refošk, and Rumeni muškat. The results of the recent years of work, carefully hidden until now, will be revealed on August 25th in Cracow.

Jesi Llopart, LLOPART
Writing about terroirs would be a cliché. Jesi belongs to the 26th generation of winemakers in the LLOPART family, working since the 14th century, precisely in the same place on the northern, highest slopes of Penedès. The winery is a co-founder of CORPINNAT - a collective brand created to highlight the uniqueness of sparkling wines historically produced in the heart of Penedès, from native, 100% organic grapes that are hand-picked and vinified on the estate.

Giuseppe Guglielmo, AZIENDA AGRICOLA BOFFALORA
Beppe performs all the work in his 3.5-hectare vineyard and cellar exclusively by hand and naturally because he strongly believes that Earth and Man are one dimension and that is the foundation of what they are. Through his work, he shows full and unconditional respect for nature.

Josef, Eližka i Petr, DONATUS
Josef, Eližka and Petr are collectively colonizing a territory called Pustina in Božice near Znojmo, planted with vines 40 years ago, among others, by the father of the first two. Currently, they cultivate 2.5 hectares, but their hard work, knowledge, and excellent taste allow us to believe in a great future for orange wines in Moravia.

Ondřej Dubas, KRASNA HORA
Thanks to climate change and an old winemaking culture dating back to the 9th century, Moravia has a chance to become a mecca for Pinot Noir. Ondřej is "young Moravian blood," passionate about everything new and unexplored, with an excellent nose.

Marek Vybíral, KRASNA HORA
It is said that when Marek was 17 years old, while working in the family vineyard, he told his grandfather that he only liked Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. After many years of a love affair with Burgundy, he found the perfect terroir for this noble variety in the Moravian village of Stary Poddvorov, where, together with his family, he is fulfilling his youthful dream.

Jure Štekar, VINA JURE ŠTEKAR
Jure believes that in the vineyard, one should do as much as possible, while in the cellar, as little as possible. The key values in Goriška Brda are the excellence of the terroir combined with indigenous varieties and an old winemaking culture.
Goriška Brda, Slovenia
Giorgi Tevzadze, TEVZA
Giorgi works together with his wife Sophie in a small family vineyard located in the charming town of Saguramo. They believe that the less one interferes in wine production, the more authentic, natural, pleasant, and expressive the wine becomes. They are convinced that nature should follow its course, and manipulation of the wine should be limited to the absolute minimum.

Pierre Gaillard, Famille Pierre Gaillard
Family and terroir are sufficient to describe the philosophy that encompasses the visionary mission of this exceptional figure from the Rhône Valley. He began working with wine in 1968 and purchased his first vineyard, Clos de Cuminaille, in 1981 in Saint Joseph. Today, each of his children, equipped with their own estates, realizes their individual missions.
